Last updated: May 1, 2026. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using STYLE IQ. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

Agreement

By installing or using STYLE IQ you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If there is a conflict between our Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA will apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use STYLE IQ. If you are under 18, you must have a parent’s or guardian’s consent to use the app.

Subscriptions

STYLE IQ offers three Pro tiers: Lifetime (€89.99 one-time), Annual (€39.99/year), and Monthly (€6.99/month). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple StoreKit. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before trial end. Refunds are handled by Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract STYLE IQ’s source code. Do not upload illegal content or infringe third-party rights. Do not use AI features to generate non-consensual, deepfake, or impersonation imagery of real people without their consent. Automated access by bots is prohibited. Accounts in violation may be suspended.

AI-generated content

AI outputs (try-ons, stylist suggestions, look changes) are generated from your inputs. You retain ownership of your photos and wardrobe. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal use only, with no commercial rights without written permission. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and are not guaranteed results.

Affiliate & Creator Earnings Program

1. Affiliate links. Shoppable items in Style AA are affiliate links. When you purchase through them, Style AA (and, where applicable, the creator who posted the look) may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are set by the retailer, not Style AA, and your purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms.

2. Creator commissions. Creators who post community looks may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through the shoppable items on their looks. Your commission rate scales with your verified lifetime conversions: 3% (first 10), 5% (10–50), and 8% (50+). Rates and tiers are promotional and may change.

3. How earnings are confirmed. A "conversion" is a qualifying purchase reported by our affiliate network. Earnings begin as Pending while the retailer verifies the sale (typically 30–90 days, covering returns/cancellations), then become Confirmed once the network validates and pays us. Reversed, cancelled, returned, or fraudulent transactions earn no commission and may be deducted from your balance.

4. Payouts. You may request a payout once your Confirmed balance reaches the minimum of $25 (or local equivalent). Payouts are sent to your provided PayPal account, typically within a few business days of your request. We may withhold or delay payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, policy violations, or to comply with law.

5. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for the accuracy of the payout details you provide.

6. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to earn or receive payouts, and you may only monetize content you created and have the right to post.

7. Promo & redemption codes. Codes that unlock premium features are promotional, one‑time, non‑transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked or expired at our discretion.

8. No guarantee; changes. We do not guarantee any level of earnings and may modify, suspend, or end the program, or change rates and thresholds, at any time.

Eligibility (must own/be the creator of the look; original content only).

Commission tiers (3% / 5% / 8% by conversions) and how a "conversion" is defined.
Earnings lifecycle: Pending → Confirmed (retailer verifies in 30–90 days) → payable, $25 minimum, PayPal, ~4-day payout, right to withhold/claw back reversed or fraudulent commissions, no guarantee of earnings, and your right to change rates or end the program.
Creator is responsible for their own taxes.
Promo/redemption codes: one-time, non-transferable, no cash value, revocable.
Minimum age 18 for the earnings program (payouts to minors are a problem).

Intellectual property

The STYLE IQ name, logo, and app software are our property. All outfit photos, brand catalogs, and curated content are licensed from their owners or used with permission.

Disclaimers

STYLE IQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific AI results, uninterrupted service, or that all features will work on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using STYLE IQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, or your local jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
